Your block will be spotless - plain and simple. We remove all litter, sweep up debris, and clear leaves. You’ll see us on your block multiple times per week. And when we’re done, we take the trash with us. We take pride in doing a complete, thorough job - your block stays clean and you never have to worry about it.
A “block” is typically both sides of a residential street between two intersections. Don’t worry if your block doesn’t fit that exactly - we’ll sort out the details once you submit the interest form.
We charge a flat rate of $300 per month for a standard block. We can make adjustments for non-standard blocks.
After you fill out the interest form and you’re ready to sign up your block, you will provide Philly Spotless with your payment information. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank account. Your payments will be processed on a monthly basis.
We only accept payment from one person per block, but we encourage you to coordinate with your neighbors to share the cost - after all, the whole block benefits from the service.To make that easier, Philly Spotless offers a complimentary postcard mailing to every address on your block once you sign up. We have a simple template and can customize it with any message you’d like - your contact details, Venmo handle, a short message inviting others to contribute, etc.You tell us what to include, and we'll handle the printing and mailing for you. It’s completely optional, but it’s a helpful way to encourage others to chip in.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just email us at PhillySpotless@gmail.com and we’ll confirm the cancellation.
